okay-
one more before i slumber
one more to ease my racing mind
only these words and the feeling behind them
to chase those thoughts from my spinning head

months ago
when there were no prospects on the horizon
and the well seemingly had been gone parched
i wrote of the ideal woman
and its these words that are soon to follow
that show my exuberance and my good fortune
of finding exactly her
now all i have to do is find a way to keep her

so i leave you with this simple phrase
after this simple mantra-
make me want to be the person that i know i could be
i would be all those things
not only for me, but for you too
